This charming and spacious 16th century Grade II listed large Manor House is set in 6 acres of well maintained gardens, unspoilt woodland, a meadow and lawns providing the perfect holiday accommodation family celebrations, wedding anniversary venues in Cornwall and film locations.

Situated just 3 miles from the Golden Sands of Carlyon Bay, Charlestown (tall ships) and Pentewan beach and less than 30 minutes from the magnificent Beaches of the North Coast (Newquay, Fistral beach) and Rick Stein restaurant in Padstow. Hembal makes an ideal base for a Cornish Holiday Venue with many places of interest within easy reach including the Eden Project (5 miles) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan (6 miles).

There are wonderful walks along clifftop paths and the coastline is dotted with pretty coves and charming old Fishing Ports such as Fowey and Mevagissey.

This area is known as the “Cornish Med” due to its mild climate. The house is spacious and welcoming and set up with plenty to do for all ages. Bar, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Pool table and extensive grounds so even if it’s a winter break or the weather lets you down the atmosphere won’t!
